2 Win is a simultaneous card game in which players create increasing two-digit numbers using colorful digit cards. Each round, everyone passes one card to the left, then secretly chooses two cards to form a number. From the second round onward, each new number must be higher than the one previously played—otherwise, the player is eliminated.
After revealing numbers at the same time, players may draw cards for meeting certain conditions: having the highest number, playing more stars than opponents, forming a double (e.g., 33), or completing a three-card color sequence in their tens or units stack. Drawing extra cards helps players stay in the game longer.
Players who cannot pass a card or form a valid higher number drop out immediately. The last remaining player wins. If all remaining players are eliminated in the same round, the player with the most cards in hand wins, with ties broken by the lowest final number.
