In an abandoned warehouse, a group of gangsters is trying to split their loot, but disagreements lead to tension and threats. Players aim their foam guns at each other to stake their claim on the treasure. The goal is to end the game with the most money while staying alive after eight rounds.

Each round begins with one player acting as the Boss, who sets the pace. Loot cards are revealed, showing what's up for grabs. Players secretly choose a card to load their guns, then everyone points their foam guns at someone else. The Boss can redirect one player's aim. Those who feel threatened can back out, while the rest reveal their cards. Targets of a "Bang!" take a wound and miss out on the loot. Players take turns claiming treasure from the table, which includes money, diamonds, and even medical care. After eight rounds, the player with the most valuable stash wins the game!
