Harmonies invites players to create beautiful landscapes filled with colorful habitats for animals. Each turn, players select terrain tokens from the central area and place them on their personal boards. They can also choose Animal cards to help them score points by matching habitats to their animals. The goal is to build the best landscape by cleverly arranging different terrain types, like mountains, fields, and forests, while keeping in mind how each type scores points.

As players build their landscapes, they aim to complete patterns that allow them to place Animal cubes on their boards. Scoring varies depending on the terrain, so thoughtful placement is key. The game ends when there are no more tokens left or when a player has very few empty spaces on their board. The player with the most points at the end is declared the winner. For an extra layer of fun, players can also use Nature's Spirit cards, which add ongoing effects and enhance gameplay.
