Step into the year 1888, where Steampunk technology is booming! Players take on the role of mining companies racing to Mars to collect valuable resources like Celerium, a powerful new energy source, and Sylvanite, a unique material. Glaciers have also been discovered, and controlling these icy areas could help create a livable environment on the red planet.

In Mission: Red Planet, players strategically send their astronauts to Mars over the course of 10 rounds. Each round, you'll choose a special agent to influence which rockets are filled with your astronauts while trying to block your opponents. Once on Mars, your astronauts will gather in different regions to collect resources. Points are earned for controlling areas after certain rounds, and players will score again at the end of the game with bonuses from special cards. The player with the most points at the end becomes the master of Mars and all its treasures!
