SCOUT is a fun ladder-climbing card game where players compete to play sets of cards from their hand. Each card has two values, and players must keep their cards in the same order while deciding how to use them. On their turn, players can either play a set of cards that are the same or in a consecutive sequence, or they can scout by taking a card from the table and adding it to their hand. If they play a higher set than what's currently on the table, they capture those cards for points.

The game continues until a player has no cards left or when players decide to scout instead of playing. At the end of each round, players earn points for the cards they captured but lose points for any cards still in their hand. After several rounds, the player with the most points wins.
